Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
Bought $600.00 worth of travel items, 'Luggage Set' and a new wallet. The luggage arrives but no wallet!
They take 3 days to respond to my email and then ask for complete pictures? Seriously, what is that going to tell them about a missing item!? Our trip is in a week so maybe I'll just return everything, including the ghost wallet which I don't have, and get a refund! Hopefully, they can respond before the 99th-day trial ends!
This company is a real joke! There are no phone numbers and a really bogus email/chat system!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Ridge finally sent the replacement parts
A telephone number would be great. Returning emails would be nice.
Timely warranty claims would also be good. (None of which are in place).

Wallet Broken
I was given a RIDGE Biflex Wallet in Tobacco brown as a gift from my daughter and love it! Never will go back to old bulky wallet.
Since it started losing screws and I would replace if I found but now 6 out of 7 screws are missing. Please advise if Ridge can help with this matter.

My order was supposed to be delivered by OnTrac. The courier claims the package was delivered at 12:40 am on a Friday but nothing was at my home or mailbox at 1:30 am.
The courier has refused to provide proof of delivery. Ridge has not responded within 5 days of initial report of the missing package. There is no phone number to contact the company and the self service help site has remained offline for multiple business days. The support email address has gotten no response either.
This has gone to my credit card issuer for resolution. I refuse to be charged almost $500 for an order that was not delivered.

This may be a safe wallet, but it is an incredibly difficult task to add any attachments. If you make one little mistake with the screw, it breaks, and the two-cent cheap screwdriver also snaps.
Now, I can't use my wallet because it doesn't connect to each other. There's almost no way to contact Ridge because they don't have a phone number.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After the read this review my replacement parts were shipped and issue revolved.

Company sent me a confirmation of warranty claim receipt. Said it will be 7-10 days due to high volume of claims. 21 days later and still no action of resolution.

I ordered three wallets and they confirmed my order then they reordered and changed my order dropping one of the wallets off for no reason when I emailed them that they made a mistake when they changed the order they tell me they are fixing it they still havent got the order correct and instead of calling me and solving this issue we just keep going round and round emailing it is extremely frustrating and annoying that you cant speak to a person to get your issue solved when you spend that kind of money and now I have to figure out something else for Christmas presents because I doubt Ill ever see my order

Extra wallets
I ordered two extra black wallets and one brass wallet. I also ordered a money clip.
These were things I did not need. I would like to exchange one wallet for a black cherry wallet. The rest I would like a refund.

I tried to start a return. The return page says my order number does not exist. How do I start a return when the system says an order (that I am in possession of) does not exist??
And that's before the VERY ANNOYING CHRONICALLY APPEARING solicitation popups requesting my email and phone will NOT go away.
