Worst company to buy from

I ordered a wallet for my boyfriend for Father's Day. I was so excited.

I ordered everything and in the end, noticed that the address was not correct. That IS MY fault. I own that. So, I immediately emailed customer service.

I tried to find a phone number for them, but there was nothing. I emailed them three times. I got nothing back. Now my wallet has been shipped and I won't get it in time because their customer service is terrible!

I'll never buy from them again if they can't even have a customer service number, or respond quickly enough.

It has literally been 8 hours since I emailed them for the third time. Don't buy from this company if you think you'll get a response from them.

Stay away from this company its a Ripoff buy and spend your money elsewhere. The customer service with them is very comical I would say it compares to Dollar General lmao and I never shop there. You have been warned stay away. Dr William Michaels

order wallet and clip, got the clip, wallet never arrived, i had two tracking numbers, Ridge customer service is only telling me info on one, the one that arrived. trying to reach out to customer service is by email only, and response is very, very slow. i will get in touch with my credit card company to dispute the charge, i will get my money back!!

I have Ridge Wallet for 4 +years .The Robber to hold The cash is very week and may need replacement. Also I can't locate Screwdriver and money clip was included in original box. The wallet was a present to me from the customer. I use wallet every day. It is very lite and strong. I happy to own one. Will the life warranty cover worn-out? Regards, Leon Gore

Why should I pay a dollar to ask a simple question when I paid over hundred dollars for your product and I know its refundable. Nobody knows when the QuickDraw will be available time to trash your product and buy the competitors product

I JUST received my ridge wallet. There is now a sale. I bought it for $79 and it is on sale for $67. Will you honor the sale price and refund my original purchase method the $12 or do I have to return it and repurchase?

No contact from customer service.

I ordered a ridge wallet and within minutes of ordering, I realized it was the wrong mailing address. I attempted to change it on their website but it didnt let me do it.

I immediately emailed customer support and received an automated reply that someone would be reaching out. The next email stated it had shipped (still no word from the customer support). I then sent another email pointing out the issue (they send another automated reply).

The next email I get, they say its out for delivery (to the wrong address). Still no word from customer service.

Its unfortunate that this company will not allow you to have conversations to fix issues.

Still without my order that Ive been charged for.

I paid for a ridge wallet and priority shipping. They charged my account and then never shipped my order, just created a label. After 5 or 6 different email conversations they stopped responding. They only told me they couldn't figure out what happened but that they had shipped it and would file a claim with usps. They have since then not done anything but ignore me. They have basically stolen $125 from me.
